UX Case Study - ANA
This is a UX case study where I redesigned an existing app. While retaining the original features, I'm showcasing a new UX approach. I created new user flows and wireframes for the redesign.
Background
This is the official application of ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS CO (commonly known as ANA). As the two major airlines in Japan, there are many customers using the app. However, due to the complexity of flight booking and flight information, screens are complex. I felt there were areas that could be improved when I used this application.
